North St Ives Scout Group has approximately 90 youth members organised in the following sections:

• Joeys, ages 6 to 8, meeting Thursdays 6:30pm
• "Platypus" Cub Pack, ages 7.5 to 10.5, meeting Tuesdays 7pm
• "Kangaroo" Cub Pack, ages 7.5 to 10.5, meeting Wednesdays 7pm
• Scouts, ages 10 to 15 meeting Mondays
• Venturer Scouts, ages 14.5 to 18, meeting 7:30pm

All sections consist of both boys and girls, and usually meet at Warrimoo Oval Scout Hall, except Venturers who meet at various locations.  Meetings are only run during school term time.
 

New members can join the group at any point throughout the year, during school term times.  A small joining fee is charged, plus a pro-rata yearly membership fee.  Contact the appropriate section leader (see Contacts) for more information.

Scouting is a uniformed organisation, and uniforms are available from Snowgum stores.  North St Ives has opted to wear full uniform, which includes the official "stone" scout trousers.

Warrimoo Oval Scout Hire is available for casual hire.  Hourly rate is $50/hr, plus a $50 security deposit. The hall has a fully equipped kitchen, is set next to an oval and bush land, and is ideal for children's parties, family and club functions, but typically we don't allow teenage parties due to noise restrictions.  Contact hallhire@northstivesscouts.com or phone Vanessa on 9440 2830 to book.
