North St Ives Scouts

Scouting is a  club that supports young people in their  physical and mental development . It also plays a constructive role in society. In the North St Ives Group, all sections consist of both boys and girls, and *normally meet at Warrimoo Oval Scout Hall, except Venturers who meet at various locations.  *Our hall is being extended please contact the section leader for location details.

Meetings are only run during school terms. The first meet of a term is usually one week after the term starts. New members can join during a school term at any time throughout the year.

A small joining fee is charged, plus a pro-rata yearly membership fee. It is important to be paid up to date for club insurances to be applicable.  Contact the appropriate section leader  for more information in the “contact us” section.

Age Groups

Joeys Ages 6 to 8 years
Cubs  – Platypus Pack 7 .5 to 10.5 years
Cubs – Kangaroo Pack 7.5 to 10.5 years
Scouts 10 to 15 years
Venturers Scouts 14.5 to 18 years

North St Ives  Scouting is a uniformed organisation. Uniforms are available from “Snowgum” stores.  North St Ives has opted to wear full uniform, which includes the official “stone” scout trousers.
